Developer Brigil will be presenting their latest proposal for 265 Catherine Street, an entire city block where the bus station used to be. Previously, Brigil proposed three towers of 26, 36 and 40 storeys on a six-storey pedestal. After the presentation, the CCA's Planning Committee will formulate the CCA’s response.
