Planning Committee Meeting

The Planning Committee of the Centretown Community Association (CCA) meets via Zoom Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 7:00 p.m. On the agenda:

  • A presentation by staff of the Ottawa Public Library, on OPL’s plans for Centretown after the closing of the main branch on Metcalfe;

  • A presentation by the developer of 145 Waverley (just east of Cartier; photo below). The developer wishes to demolish a small brick house dating from the period 1875 to 1914, and replace it with an eight-unit apartment building.
